All On Sales Items Are Final

  • We do not accept exchanges as of 08/28/2022 unless it is out mistake. For example, if we ship the wrong size or color out to a customer. Please contact dorasthingz@gmail.com if you do have this issue.

** Refunds - (Store Credit ONLY) **

  • We do not provide refunds!! Store credit only. If you need to request a store credit, please email dorasthingz@gmail.com. We will reach back to you within 24 hours with a response of next steps regarding the reason for store credit.
  • At checkout, the return policy states all on sale items are final.
  • In order to check out on the website, you must agree to our store policy. If you do not agree to the policy, you cannot proceed to checkout. 


VENDOR'S LISTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (NO REFUNDS)


Since we aim to provide fast shipping and service. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
