Shipping, Pick-Up, & Delivery Policies

Shipping
Our shipping rates do vary due to being an online boutique. We have several different options for shipping depending on your order destination. Shipping in-stock items usually take 1-4 business days depending on which shipping option you choose.
Express is 1-2 business days. Once your order is placed and then processed you will receive a tracking number via email and or text. Out-of-country shipments are placed via DHL. Weekend orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be sent out Monday morning.

Express Shipping
We so offer express shipping at a flat rate of $25. You will get your order in 1-2 business days!
Doras Thingz LLC is NOT responsible for incorrect address entries. All orders will be shipped to the address on file for the order. Doras Thingz LLC is not liable for missing or lost packages once the tracking number has been sent and the package has been scanned with USPS. Doras Thingz LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays once your package has been shipped and received by USPS. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors, or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package all orders include USPS insurance, please reach out to us and we will help you file a USPS insurance claim. Insurance covers up to $100.    Customer Pick Ups (DFW Customers ONLY)
Customer pick-ups are FREE! You will be sent a text/or email when your order is ready for pick up. You will need to send a time of your pickup choice and your order #, and the name of the person picking up. You have (FIVE) days to pick up your order. If it is not picked up in five days after your order has been processed and marked as "ready for pick up", it will be put back in stock and a refund will not be available. You will be issued a store credit but a 30% fee for restocking and storage will be applied. The remaining balance will be sent to the email in order as a store credit. The address for pick up will be sent in an email once your item is ready.

Delivery (DFW Customers Only)
We are back doing local deliveries! You will put in the address to see if it is available in your area. PLEASE NOTE! Your items will be delivered SAME DAY! You choose the place in the Dallas - Fort Worth area. We will send you a text/or email when we are on the way after 6PM CST the day your order is placed. If it is delivered and no one is available, it will be placed on the doorstep of the confirmed address with a picture sent. Delivery orders will be provided with a time the same day for drop off. We deliver after 6PM CST. Orders placed after 12PM CST will be delivered the next day after 6PM CST.
